Description:
Industrial Zincor™ is a Galvalume Mill Finish or Pre-Painted Servicolor panel ideally suited for exposed metal roofs and siding applications. Its profile is architecturally attractive, while nine ribs provide further structural strength and weather enhanced durability.
Commercial Zincor™ is a Galvanized Steel Panel suited for exposed roofs and siding applications. It has many other commercial applications.
Specification:
Galvalume® Mill Finish Servicolor panels are rollformed and conform to ASTM A-792 Structural Grade 50 Class 1/2 with a minimum yield strength of 50 ksi., and with a coating thickness designation of AZ55, or similar, equivalent to 55% Aluminum-Zinc alloy by the hot dipped process. Panels are provided with an actylic surface coating.
Galvalume® Pre-Painted Servicolor Panels are rollformed and conform to ASTM A-792 Structural Grade 50 Class 1/2 with a minimum yield strength of 50 ksi., with a coating designation of AZ50, or similar, equivalent to 50% Aluminum-Zinc alloy by the hot dipped process. Painting is Silicon Polyester with 1.0 mil on top and 0.5 mil on bottom of the panel.

Commercial Zincor™ Panels are rollformed conforming to ASTM A-653 FS Type B. They have a G60/90 hot dipped galvanized coating designation for corrosion resistance. These panels are available in 20-26 gauge.
